Role Overview The CFO will be the financial backbone of the group, owning end-to-end financial governance across all branches — from day-to-day accounting to long-term capital planning. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the Dealer Principal.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows across all branches
- Strategic financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Working capital optimisation, and banking relationships
- GST compliance, indirect tax strategy, and litigation oversight
- OEM incentive accounting, claims reconciliation, and manufacturer audits
- Internal controls, cost reduction initiatives, and profitability improvement
- Liaison with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
- MIS reporting and financial dashboards for management decision-making
- Driving ERP discipline across TallyPrime / SAP environments
