Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and oversee the financial operations of our group entities. The CFO will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring robust financial controls, and supporting business growth through informed decision-making.
This role requires strong leadership, deep financial expertise, and the ability to partner closely with the management team to ensure long-term financial stability, compliance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the organization’s financial strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives
- Oversee all accounting functions, statutory audits, and accurate financial reporting
- Ensure full compliance with taxation laws, statutory requirements, and regulatory standards
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost-optimization initiatives
- Provide strategic financial insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to the leadership team
- Manage banking relationships, funding requirements, and financial negotiations
- Support business expansion, investments, and financial risk management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team
Candidate Requirements
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) qualification
- 8–15 years of progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles
- Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, financial controls, and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience handling audits, financial statements, and management reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, strategic, leadership, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
