Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage and oversee the financial operations of our group entities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, compliance, reporting, and strategic decision-making to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Oversee accounting operations, audits, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and regulations
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control
- Provide financial insights to management for decision-making
- Manage banking relationships and funding requirements
- Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team
Requirements
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) qualification
- 8–12 years of experience in senior finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance
- Experience in handling audits and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills
