Qualifications
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.
Minimum Requirements
-
Doctorate/ Master's degree with 18+yrs of Industrial experience.

4 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources.

Strong project management experience.

Scientific technical expertise of specific function and/or business process/category
Preferred Requirements

18+ years work experience in life sciences field, Business Management, including 6 years of biopharmaceutical experience

Advanced degree in either business, finance or life sciences
