ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Fractional Revenue Operations Consultant, you will serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on implementer, helping clients simplify their revenue operations. You will work closely with GTM leaders to shape strategy, streamline processes, fine-tune tools, make sense of data, and drive enablement across the revenue engine. This role requires comfort zooming out to think strategically and zooming in to execute with precision. Strong analytical instincts, technical fluency, and the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions are key to success.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
● Translate business goals into RevOps strategy: Partner with GTM leadership to understand objectives and develop revenue operations strategies that support growth and scale.
● Design and optimize scalable processes: Map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and build smooth, repeatable systems across the funnel.
● Configure and optimize revenue tools: Own the setup and optimization of CRMs and other tools in the revenue tech stack to improve efficiency and usability.
● Build meaningful, data-driven visibility: Analyze and forecast key performance metrics, turning data into insights that guide decision-making.
● Enable teams through documentation and training: Create clear documentation, training materials, and guides so teams can confidently operate and sustain improvements over time.

● Conduct ICP analysis and account grading to help teams prioritize the right accounts and refine their outbound strategy.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
Within 15 Days
● Build strong working relationships with internal teammates and assigned clients.
● Complete onboarding and role-specific training across Domestique processes, tools, and GTM frameworks.
● Gain a foundational understanding of client operations, tech stack, and current challenges.
Within 30 Days
● Independently support sales & revenue operation initiatives for assigned clients.
● Identify process improvements and data gaps that impact reporting, attribution, or funnel visibility.
● Deliver initial system updates that improve usability, efficiency, and data integrity.
Within 60 Days
● Own end-to-end sales & revenue operations projects with confidence and minimal oversight.
● Translate data into clear insights that inform client decisions and prioritization.
● Be viewed by clients as a trusted systems partner who can both strategize and execute.
NEED TO HAVE
● Experience: 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar GTM-focused role.
● Technical expertise: Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, Google Sheets, and eager to learn other tools as needed.
● Analytical mindset: Able to spot patterns, trends, and insights in data that others might miss.
● Strategic + hands-on mindset: Comfortable advising on longer-term GTM strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to pull reports, configure systems, and implement new processes.
● Communication skills: Able to clearly explain complex systems and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVE
● Experience with tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, CPQ tools, or similar
● Background supporting high-growth SaaS or B2B organizations
● Comfortability working with multiple clients in a fractional or agency setting
● Process documentation and workflow mapping skills
● Confidence facilitating strategic conversations at the C-level
