What will you get up to?
As a foundational member of the Zen Educate US (ZEUS) Revenue Operations teams, your work will be varied and multi-disciplinary. Your role will focus on increasing the leverage and efficacy of the ZEUS Growth and Account Management teams by leading key systems, enablement and change management initiatives. Some early projects will include:
- Designing and configuring key growth systems to ensure they are instrumented to capture key data to support decision making, including our HubSpot CRM environment
- Project manage new process and system implementations, working closely with other functional leaders to ensure
- Automating time-consuming manual processes to free up Growth and Account Management team capacity for higher value activities
- Deliver Dashboarding & Analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Evaluating the Growth and Account Management team’s tech stack and make strategic recommendations on areas where further tool investment would yield strong ROI
- Building out a robust Sales Enablement and Growth Onboarding curriculum in partnership with Growth leadership
