Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Anaheim, CA, for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Servite High School. The CFO will oversee and manage all financial functions, including budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and compliance. Daily responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial performance, strategizing to achieve financial goals, and ensuring fiscal sustainability. The CFO will collaborate closely with school leadership, board members, and external stakeholders to support the institution's mission and long-term financial health.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance to ensure efficient allocation and management of resources
- Strong knowledge and experience in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for accurate and compliant documentation
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and guiding strategic decisions
- Proven experience in leadership and strategic management within a financial setting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- CPA or CFA certification is highly preferred
- Familiarity with non-profit organizations or educational institutions is advantageous
