About The Role
We are seeking a self-driven and ambitious intern to support our sales team by improving the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of our CRM (Salesforce) while also engaging directly with clients and prospects.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both sales operations and business development, combining data-driven projects with real-world client outreach.
You will help us:
- Implement best practices in database management.
- Organize and maintain Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Enrich CRM records and conduct market research using third-party databases (e.g., ZoomInfo).
- Conduct outbound outreach (LinkedIn, phone, email) to prospects and clients for data verification and lead qualification.
- Support market research, forecasting, pipeline monitoring, and business analysis by generating actionable reports.
- Identify process improvements and recommend tools to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
- Enrolled in Business, Marketing, Sales, Data Analytics, or related field
- Interest in sales operations, business development, or CRM management
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
