Elevation Recruitment Group’s Supply Chain division is exclusively supporting a leading international manufacturing organisation in the appointment of a Sales & Operations Planning Manager.
This is a confidential opportunity to join a well-established, international business, reporting directly to the Sales Director (UK) and managing a team of Internal Sales Account Executives, this role will lead sales administration, business process compliance, and system governance to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain demand data for financial forecasts, long-range planning (LRP) and budgets
- Ensure accurate forecast management within the sales environment
- Provide effective sales administration to maximise internal and external confidence
- Identify and resolve issues impacting customer requirements
- Produce internal reporting and business information for stakeholders at various levels
- Create, maintain and improve procedures within the sales administration function to ensure ISO and SOX compliance
- Manage and monitor SAP processes including customer master data, blocked orders, failed invoicing and transition issues
- Support sales projects at both customer and Group level
- Lead, develop and engage a team of Internal Sales Account Executives
- Foster a high-performing, customer-focused team environment
About You
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes, ISO procedures, audit standards and SOX compliance
- Highly proficient SAP user
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office capability
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Analytical, solutions-focused mindset
- Confident communicator with an engaging presentation style
- Results-driven with strong organisational commitment
