🚀 About the role
As Senior Revenue Operations Specialist (fixed-term contract) your role will be to own and optimise operations for pre-sales teams, processes and systems. Sitting within the RevOps team, but working closely with Marketing and Sales to provide the best customer experience, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. This role has a core focus on the delivery of strategically important projects to improve revenue efficiency with ownership of Marketing & Sales Operations.

You'll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, as well as Finance and Data. Here's an idea of who you might meet throughout the process:
- Luke - Senior RevOps Specialist - Dad to 2 boys who enjoys DIY, football, the gym and too much coffee.
- Dan - Head of Operational Effectiveness - a father of three (two humans, one dog) with a passion for gaming and travelling
- Emily - Revenue Operations Specialist - Wife, dog mum and proud fantasy and sci-fi geek
💪 What you'll be doing
Systems
- You'll be the go-to expert for systems administration for all Marketing and Sales tech.
- Continuous improvement of workflow configurations (ideally using custom code and other advanced features inside the CRM).
- Taking ownership of technical, complex system improvements and implementations.
- Proactively developing a roadmap and strategy for maintaining the best GTM tools that support company and department goals.
- Staying ahead of the competition with market/system knowledge in your space.
Process
- Owning commercial processes across the customer journey with a focus on pre-sale.
- Optimising and refining processes proactively (and reactively when needed).
- Driving scalable processes that support the organization's longer-term goals.
- Engaging with internal stakeholders across the business to gather requirements for systems, processes, and data needs.
Projects
- Owning, planning and delivering core projects that directly contribute towards company goals
- Prioritisation of project work
- Managing stakeholder relationships to achieve optimal outcomes for the project team
👤About you:
- Experienced with CRMs (HubSpot preferable) and administration / integration of a revenue technology stack
- Technical Skills - HTML, CSS, basic coding (Python or Node.js) - Willingness to learn or an ability to write code with AI assistance
- Strong data and process literacy. A strong ability to understand and interpret data or processes, identify issues or weak points and translate these into actionable items to improve results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs, prioritising focus and project managing multiple streams of work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders including revenue teams, data teams and finance
- Meticulously organised with solid time management skills
- Ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations and provide constructive challenge
💰Salary and benefits:
£55,000 - £60,000 dependent upon experience

📍Location:
We have a beautiful office space in Leeds and we love it when we get together to collaborate in person. We typically operate a hybrid way of working, however some of our roles support remote working within the UK, if you live more than 50 miles from the office.

- Final stage interview which includes a 1 hour culture and values interview, plus a 30 minute task. You will be meeting with the hiring manager and one of the Executive Team.
