Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Develop, implement, maintain and enforce Sales Operations processes, policies & workflows for the sales and business development teams
- Develop and maintain technical products and services documentation including network diagrams, configurations, standard operating procedures, and presentations for various approval and change management boards.
- Develop and maintain technical products and services documentation for ad vendor onboarding
- Develop and maintain documentation pertaining to business processes, systems operation, product development and other technical processes.
- Develop and maintain business guidelines and ensure they comply with internal global policies and external regulations. This involves working closely with Samsung legal, privacy, product and engineering teams.
- Onboard and maintain support tools to service the organization (i.e. Salesforce, Operative, JIRA, etc.)
- Understand the need for automating process, participation in regional inititatives for such optimization and execute.
- Work and adhere to our security policies, procedures and orders.
Commercial and Business:
- Develop and deploy strategy specific to vertical, key accounts/top tier segment client.
- Understand the product feature and devise a plan for GTM, pricing, yield and SOP for Sales and Solution Team.
- Review and set up the business deals T&C’s
- Co-ordinate subsidiary deal reviews of Content Partner (Smart TV Appliccations) deals.
- Identify opportunities for that will lead to an increase in sales or reduction in costs
- Create, maintain, and distribute up-to-date departmental reports as requested
Insights and Automations:
- Identify opportunities for automating reports, KPIs and work closely with Analytics team for implementation
- Participate in global and regional projects related to Analytics/Insights with thorough understanding, UAT and releases.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in business analysis.
- Strong understanding of digital media, advertising and consumer electronics
- Strong problem-solving skills such as prioritization, critical thinking and hypothesis development
- Ability to craft complex, first of their kind deals and business models
- Proficiency with MS office tools in particular Excel and Powerpoint.
- Proficiency with Salesforce
