About the Opportunity
Weâre looking for a CPQ Expert to play a key role in gathering business requirements and implementing solutions within Apttus CPQ. This role involves close collaboration across commercial, pricing, and contractual domains, with exposure to next-generation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Core Delivery & Ownership
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, and demos for enhancements and transformation initiatives
- Drive high-quality execution across the full SDLC (development, CI/CD, SQA, UAT, deployment)
- Work in a Scrum-based Agile environment with strong ownership of Jira backlogs
- Partner with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Continuously improve delivery processes and governance standards
GenAI & Next-Gen Technology
- Apply prompt engineering and scripting to optimize workflows and automation
- Integrate APIs and third-party tools within a robust Salesforce ecosystem
What Youâll Need
- 3â5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation & administration experience in global environments
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce core configuration
- SQL/SOQL experience and data validation skills
- Exposure to modern tech stacks, lightweight scripting, and applied prompt engineering
- Experience with CI/CD, Git-based version control, and multi-environment deployments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working independently across distributed time zones
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence
- Fluent English
Nice to Have
- Salesforce CPQ / Apttus (Conga) CPQ experience (pricing, bundles, approvals, ABO, callbacks)
- ERP/SAP integration exposure within manufacturing environments
- Experience with DocuSign, Bit2Win, or similar tools
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales, Service, CPQ)
