(Qualified Company Secretary – CS)
We are looking for a Qualified Company Secretary (CS) to take up the role of CFO.
Candidates with 3+ years’ experience are preferred. Freshers who have successfully completed CS and hold valid membership may also apply (6-month structured training will be provided).
Role Includes:
- Financial management & strategic planning
- Statutory and regulatory compliance
- Corporate governance & taxation matters
Skills Required:
Strong financial acumen, leadership ability, sound knowledge of corporate law & taxation, excellent communication skills, and high ethical standards.
