The
Sales Operations Specialist will support Lenovo’s North America Public Sector Sales organization. This is a dynamic, fast‑paced role ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities, a passion for data, and the business acumen to translate insights into meaningful actions for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform data into insights by analyzing performance trends and developing clear, actionable recommendations for sellers and sales leaders.
- Drive operational discipline by ensuring follow‑through on cadence actions, commitments, and next steps across sellers and managers.
- Monitor pipeline health, including hygiene, opportunity aging, and deal progression; proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and deliver cadence materials such as dashboards, scorecards, and business summaries that keep reviews focused on outcomes and accountability.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested by Sales Operations leadership to support execution and strategic decision‑making.
- Support special projects, including reporting enhancements, automation initiatives, and operational improvements across Public Sector segments.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience driving results in sales.”
- Bachelor degree in related field
- Hybrid schedule required 3/2 onsite

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with peers, managers, and cross‑functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills in English—written, verbal, and presentation.
- Proven problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Self‑motivated with a high level of ownership, initiative, and follow‑through.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation) and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with Qlik, Power BI, or similar business intelligence/reporting tools.
