Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Execution
- Drive the CEO’s top priorities from strategy through execution, ensuring momentum and accountability.
- Align cross-functional teams around key OKRs, company goals, and strategic priorities.
- Identify roadblocks early and implement solutions quickly in collaboration with department leads.
Special Projects & Cross-functional Ops
- Create systems and frameworks to improve decision-making, operational clarity, and company-wide execution.
Executive Enablement & Communication
- Serve as a proxy for the CEO in select meetings; ensure strategic alignment and follow-through.
- Draft executive communications, board materials, and investor updates with clarity and impact.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus but not required.
- 5–7+ years of experience in high-growth environments — ideally in tech, SaaS, or healthcare.
- Experience in Business operations with a bias toward action and value creation.
- Exceptional communicator and systems thinker, able to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, competing priorities, and operating at speed.
- Bonus: Experience scaling companies or business units from early or growth stages.
