Role Responsibilities: “What You’ll Do”
- Sales: Lead and scale sales teams across SMB, mid-market, or enterprise segments, own revenue targets, and drive strategic growth initiatives across DACH
- Business Development: Build and develop high-performing SDR/BDR teams, own pipeline generation strategy, and optimize processes to fuel consistent revenue growth
- Account Management: Scale Account Management teams to drive customer retention, expansion, and long-term relationships with existing customers
- Customer Success: Scale customer success teams, drive retention and expansion strategies, and ensure customers achieve measurable value
- Revenue Operations: Define and execute GTM operations strategy, including forecasting, systems optimization, enablement, and cross-functional alignment to drive efficiency and growth
- Solutions Engineering: Lead technical sales teams, bridge product and customer needs, and enable complex deal cycles through thought leadership and team development
Role Requirements: “What You Need to Succeed”
- Leadership Experience: You have 2+ years of leadership experience in GTM, sales, customer success, or revenue operations roles within a SaaS or B2B environment
- Fluency: You are fluent in English and German
- Proven Track Record: You have a history of building, scaling, and developing high-performing teams while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and operational targets
- Strategic Thinking: You balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, using data and insights to drive decisions and shape long-term direction
- People Development: You're passionate about hiring, coaching, and developing talent, creating environments where teams thrive and individuals grow
