Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Business Operations & Growth Executive who will work closely with the founder and core team to manage SIPURB’s daily operations, marketing execution, sales analysis, and inventory systems. This role is ideal for someone who wants real startup exposure and end-to-end ownership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations & CSR Support
- Support and track SIPURB’s daily operational activities
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Monitor service quality and customer experience feedback
2. Sales, POS & Data Analysis
- Work on POS systems to analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales data
- Identify trends, best-selling items, low-performing SKUs, and peak hours
- Prepare simple sales and performance reports for management review
3. Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain accurate inventory entries and inward/outward stock records
- Track consumption, wastage, and variances across stores
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure stock discipline and FIFO practices
4. Marketing & Growth Support
- Assist in executing marketing initiatives (online & offline)
- Support campaigns, offers, subscriptions, and customer engagement activities
- Coordinate with designers/content teams for basic marketing execution
5. Process & System Improvement
- Help document SOPs for operations, inventory, and reporting
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements in workflows and systems
- Support new store onboarding and operational setup when required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
