Chief Financial Officer
Location: Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced CFO / Finance Leader with strong expertise in banking relationships, working capital management, fund raising, and project finance. The candidate will be responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, securing funding, and managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead fund raising activities including debt funding, private equity, and investor management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
• Manage working capital requirements and optimize cash flow
• Structure and execute project finance deals for business expansion
• Prepare financial models, projections, and investment proposals
• Lead negotiations with banks, lenders, and investors
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance
• Drive strategic financial planning and budgeting
• Work closely with the leadership team on business growth strategy
Required Skill & Qualification
• CA / MBA Finance preferred
• 10+ years of experience in corporate finance / fund raising
• Strong experience in banking relationships & working capital management
• Proven experience in project finance and debt structuring
• Excellent financial modeling and negotiation skills
• Experience working with investors, banks, and financial institutions
