Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for partial remote work. The CFO will oversee financial planning and strategy, manage financial reporting, prepare and analyze financial statements, and ensure regulatory compliance in all financial operations. Additional responsibilities include developing budgets, creating forecasts, and providing financial insights to guide the company’s strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Strong knowledge of Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Compliance
- Proficiency in Finance and excellent Analytical Skills
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an MBA or CPA is highly preferred
- Experience in the healthcare or medical practice industry is a strong advantage
