The Role And What You’ll Do
The Global Partnerships Business Operations Manager supports the commercial success of TKO by building and maintaining scalable operational infrastructure that aligns teams, workflows, and execution. This role supports key Global Partnerships programs - including VIP hospitality and team programs - by translating strategy into clear processes, frameworks, and on-the-ground execution that scale with the business.
Periodic travel to events and on-site activations is required to support on-the-ground operational needs.
- Drive operational alignment across Global Partnerships by designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable workflows, documentation, and execution standards that support consistent delivery across TKO.
- Provide operational leadership and coordination to support planning efforts and complex cross-functional initiatives across Global Partnerships.
- Support relationships with TKO media rights holders by ensuring alignment, clear communication, and fulfillment of obligations.
- Support the development and execution of TKO’s VIP hospitality programs, including planning, coordination, and on-site execution of partner and prospect hosting initiatives.
- Own select elements of the TKO Global Partnerships intern program, including coordination of intern placement across teams, interview logistics, onboarding support, and program operations.
- Own and optimize core partnership operations, including intake processes, tracking mechanisms, issue escalation, and cross-team communication to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Provide direct leadership and day-to-day management of an Operations Coordinator and supporting resources, setting clear priorities, expectations, and accountability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools that can enhance partnership operations and execution.
- Travel to select events to provide on-site operational support and fulfillment.
- Support special projects and high-priority initiatives that strengthen the operational foundation of Global Partnerships.
You Have These
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably within sports, media, entertainment, or a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience supporting operational planning, coordination, and execution across complex programs or initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into clear processes and execution plans.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities.
- Experience working cross-functionally and communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
