Job Title: Senior Sales Operations Executive
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Sales Operations Executive to act as a
key bridge between the Sales and Operations teams, ensuring seamless coordination, structured
communication, and timely execution of client commitments. This role requires strong ownership,
attention to detail, and the ability to manage extensive documentation and follow-ups in a fast-paced
environment.
The incumbent will coordinate with existing clients to gather requirements, manage escalations, and
address additional service requests while ensuring internal alignment for smooth delivery. A major
responsibility includes rigorous follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders to track pending
actions, approvals, documentation, deliverables, and timelines to prevent delays or gaps in execution.
The role involves substantial paperwork and documentation management, including maintaining
contracts, proposals, onboarding documents, internal briefs, compliance records, and SLA tracking.
Accuracy, process discipline, and proper record maintenance are critical.
The Senior Sales Operations Executive will also oversee end-to-end new client onboarding, including
requirement mapping, documentation collection, system updates, cross-functional coordination, and
ensuring a smooth transition from sales closure to operational implementation.
Strong data management capabilities are essential. The candidate will maintain CRM accuracy,
ensure data hygiene, generate structured reports, monitor account health, and provide leadership with
reliable operational insights and performance updates.
Requirements:
● 5–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, or Business
Operations.
● Strong experience in cross-functional coordination between Sales and Operations.
● Proven ability to manage follow-ups, escalations, and high documentation volumes.
● Proficiency in CRM systems, data management, and reporting tools.
● Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
● High level of accountability and attention to detail.
This role requires a disciplined and proactive professional who can manage coordination,
documentation, and consistent follow-ups while ensuring operational efficiency and strong client
relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹66,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
