Requirements
Experience range: 3 to 5 years of consultative selling experience
Hustle DNA — Outcome-driven, high ownership, gets things done without reminders.
0-to-1 Builder — Have built or contributed to early-stage sales playbooks.
Accounting Domain Awareness — Understand US bookkeeping, tax workflows, or accounting ops.
Comfort with Ambiguity — Don't wait for instructions. Thrive with imperfect information.
What You'll Do
- Drive consultative selling conversations with US prospects (bookkeepers, CPAs, tax firms)
- Build sales motion from scratch — scripts, objection handling, discovery frameworks
- Translate product capabilities into business outcomes
- Own the full funnel: discovery → demo → close
- Identify ICP patterns and refine positioning
- Operate in ambiguity with high bias for action
This is not a plug-into-an-existing-machine role.
