We are looking for a highly motivated Go-To-Market (GTM) Business Development Specialist to join our Saskatoon team! This project focuses on go-to-market strategy, business development & sales, and aligning the TrackPoint platform with customer needs and priority market segments. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating our strategic learning cycles and shaping our commercialization strategies.
What You'll Do:
- Active Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and directly reach out to key decision-makers (e.g., Sales Enablement Managers, HR Directors, and Revenue Officers) in target industries to generate interest and test our value propositions.
- Lead Discovery Calls: Jump on the phones and video calls. You will lead initial customer conversations and discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points and validate our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) in real-time.
- Drive the Sales Pipeline: Experiment with and execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to build a robust pipeline, testing different messaging strategies to see what accelerates our sales cycle.
- Process Optimization: Actively build out the tools we need to close deals faster. You will help create and refine our sales templates, outreach workflows, and customer engagement cadences.
- Ecosystem Networking: Represent TrackPoint.ai in the community. You will build relationships and drive external visibility by engaging directly with prospects at local events, including the monthly Tech Socials we host.

- Eligibility: Must be a youth under 30 years old. Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
