Your Role:
The Order Management Team is responsible for ensuring booked deals turn into accurate, compliant revenue and licenses are provisioned accurately and on time. We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Analyst who will own the end-to-end order management process, including auditing and closing sales opportunities, ensuring bookings accuracy, and driving SOX compliance in revenue recognition. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments, brings strong technical expertise in CRM and order systems, and continuously identifies opportunities to improve processes and scale operations.
Responsibilities & Duties:
As part of a two-person Order Management team, manage and execute the order management function covering contract review, audit, closure, and provisioning for customer opportunities to ensure accurate bookings and timely revenue recognition.
Audit, verify, and close sales opportunities to ensure accurate bookings and SOX compliance. Ensure documentation and booking recognition policies are followed.
Expertly utilize CRM, CPQ, Looker, Confluence, JIRA, and Google Suite to manage orders and reporting.
Coordinate with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal and other Revenue Operations functions on documentation, booking guidelines, and order form compliance for smooth deal flow.
Identify provisioning/delivery issues, including timely delivery of product
Responsible for Contract Repository, Customer Entitlements hygiene, and monthly/quarterly audits of all Compliance reports
Identify process inefficiencies and redesign workflows; generate SOPs and best practice guides for team use, and future automation.
Create and maintain a self-service knowledge hub, regularly updating FAQs and instructional materials to facilitate broader enablement and improve support efficiency.
Proactively communicate issues back to management and follow order management processes.
Play a significant role in cross-functional projects that will help scale the business, including ad-hoc cross-team deliverables and piloting new SOP workflows.
Contribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes, and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance, Economics or a related field
2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, and/or deal desk in B2B Enterprise Software
Well-organized; able to effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and manage high volume orders at quarter and month-end close
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written communication, willingness to appropriately explain difficult issues; ability to think quickly
Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative
Self-motivated with a knack for being meticulous/detail oriented
Ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functions
Proficiency in MS or Google Suite, including Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
Demonstrate adaptability to new tools and digital transformation (AI driven workflows, HubSpot, DealHub)
Physical Requirements:
Working out of the Mountain View, California office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy”, which requires attendance at the office 3x per week
Travel Requirements:
May require occasional travel (1x - 2x per year) for internal events and meetings.
