Marketing & Sales Operations Executive – supporting the Marketing and Sales Leaders to execute and deliver the marketing strategy, through hands on day to day execution and utilising the marketing tools available to them.
Key requirements of this role are:
- Event Logistics – Support in the coordination and execution of client events, including trade show sponsorships, executive roundtables, meetups and webinars. You will work with the Head of Marketing (HOM) to ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date, brand guidelines are met and a great experience for everyone involved in the event.
- Vendor MDF – Working with the HOM and COO to ensure all MDF requests and claims are managed according to timelines and financial requirements.
- Lead Management – working with the HOM and Sales Director on the marketing lead management to ensure it’s viewed as a pipeline through SFDC. Ensuring that leads are actively managed and moved through the stages
- Marketing campaigns – Assist in the coordination and project management of marketing campaigns. This can include project tracking, building EDM’s in Active Campaign all the way through to reporting and success metrics.
- CRM – becoming the inhouse SME for Active Campaign, building campaigns, managing contacts, segments and nurture streams.
This role is a new role within Baidam, so flexibility and a willingness to adapt and grow as this role continues to develop is essential.
Experience in the following tools is preferred:
- SFDC – management of campaigns, leads and reporting structures including sales functions where required
- Marketing CRM – Active Campaign is preferable, but experience in other platforms are transferable
General Experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar business environment.
• Understanding of basic marketing principles or a desire to learn more.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
• Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning and working within various software platforms and able to become familiar with company-specific programs and software.
• Able to work cross-functionally, build rapport and delegate tasks as required collaboration and delegation of duties.
