ABOUT THE ROLE
About the Role:
Retail Detailz India Pvt Ltd is hiring for Chief Financial Officer for an overseas assignment based in West Africa. The selected candidate will be stationed in Freetown, Sierra Leone (West Africa). This role is suited to a finance leader with strong commercial acumen, experience in emerging markets, and the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead group-wide financial strategy, planning, and performance management
· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the Group.
· Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks
· Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital optimization
· Support business growth, investments, and cross-border operations
· Act as a trusted advisor to the Board and Executive Management
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary
USD 18,000 – 25,000 (gross per annum)
(Negotiable based on experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibility across the Group.)
