Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled individual to support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of key business applications in a dynamic hybrid work environment. Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional documentation while collaborating with technical teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Agile teams by removing impediments, measuring and reporting on Agile/Scrum health, and coaching on best practices.
- Design, prototype, configure, and test new or enhanced applications, and oversee requirement reviews and user acceptance testing.
- Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile methodology, and Scrum Master responsibilities, including writing user stories and performing data mapping.
- Strong critical thinking, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience translating line of business requirements to technical user stories with previous background in healthcare and user experience design preferred.
