GTM Lead (North America)
Series B AI FinTech - Hedge Funds & Asset Managers, New York
We’re partnering with a US-based, Series B fintech that has built an AI-driven platform used by hedge funds and asset managers to improve how they analyse portfolios, generate insights, and support investment decisions.
The company has already secured a number of sophisticated institutional clients and is now entering a key phase of commercial growth. As part of this, they’re looking to hire a GTM Lead in New York to help scale their presence across North America.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant scope to grow into a leadership position as the business expands.
The Role
This person will work closely with the founders and leadership team to drive new client acquisition and help shape the company’s commercial approach as it moves from early traction to more repeatable growth.
The focus will be on leading complex enterprise sales processes while also contributing to broader go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading enterprise sales into hedge funds and asset managers across North America
- Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with senior investment decision makers
- Helping refine the firm’s GTM strategy, messaging, and market positioning
- Building strong relationships within the institutional investment community
- Supporting expansion opportunities within existing clients
- Providing market feedback to product and leadership teams
What They’re Looking For
They’re keen to hire someone who understands how institutional investors evaluate and adopt technology, and who is comfortable operating in an early-stage environment.
What this means:
- A strong track record selling SaaS, analytics, or data platforms into hedge funds or asset managers
- Experience running long, enterprise sales cycles
- Credibility with CIOs, PMs, and Heads of Risk or Investment Analytics
- A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to operate with autonomy
- Interest in working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
