We’re seeking a DME Business Operations Manager to take full accountability for our billing operations, compliance, and operational processes, while positioning the business for scale and growth. This role is not transactional—you will define KPIs, optimize systems, and lead a high-performing team to achieve measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Own:
- End-to-end DME operations and revenue cycle performance
- Compliance with CMS, HIPAA, LCD/NCD requirements, and payer policies
- KPI creation and adoption to drive operational performance and business growth
- SOP development and operational process improvement
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Service, Admin, and Finance
- Leadership, mentorship, and development of billing and operations staff
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in DME operations or revenue cycle leadership
- Strong knowledge of DMEPOS, HCPCS codes, modifiers, and billing documentation
- Experience with payer contracting, credentialing, and compliance audits
- Analytical, strategic, and comfortable making decisions in complex, regulated environments
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and drive business results
