Job Summary
We are a fast growing multi-branch lawn care company based in Alberta doing over $5M in annual revenue. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves working with data and wants to help build the reporting backbone of a scaling company.
This is not a creative marketing role. It is a numbers, systems, and performance role.
You will work directly with ownership to improve visibility across marketing, sales, and branch operations.
What You Will Own:
- Weekly KPI reporting across leads, close rates, revenue, and branch performance
- Sales rep performance tracking
- Marketing source tracking and attribution
- CRM data accuracy and cleanup
- Improving structure and reporting inside HubSpot
- Reviewing and strengthening data flow between HubSpot and RealGreen
- Building dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau
- Supporting light automation using tools like Zapier
- Helping with basic internal IT coordination and systems organization
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience building dashboards and reports from scratch
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred
- Comfortable working with large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Understanding of sales funnels and performance metrics
- IT knowledge for things like system setup, user management, and software coordination
- Clear communication skills and ability to work independently
HubSpot experience is an asset, but strong data and analytical skills matter more.
