Job Description
Mayfield Corporate is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and compliance across its multi-vertical operations. The CFO will play a key role in guiding sustainable growth, financial discipline, and long-term decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage cash flow, profitability, and cost optimization
- Ensure statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and financial reporting
- Work closely with MD and leadership team on strategic decisions
- Monitor financial performance across all business verticals
- Establish internal controls and financial systems
- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and statutory bodies
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior finance role (CFO / Finance Head)
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
- Experience handling multi-business or manufacturing setups preferred
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills
