We are looking for a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead Finance & Accounts for a rapidly growing manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Governance & Strategy
β’ Lead public company compliance, quarterly & annual financial reporting
β’ Support strategic growth initiatives through financial modelling
β’ Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement across product categories
β
Manufacturing & Operational Finance
β’ Strengthen inventory and working capital controls
β’ Manage project finance for solar businesses and government tenders
β’ Oversee factory accounting, scrap management, and overhead allocations
β
Systems & Process Excellence
β’ Lead ERP implementation and finance process integration
β’ Establish and enforce SOPs for P2P, O2C, and Capex processes
β’ Strengthen ICFR frameworks and ensure audit readiness
β
Working Capital & Treasury Management
β’ Monitor receivables and DSO across dealer and government business segments
β’ Manage banking relationships, LCs, BGs, and credit facilities
β’ Ensure GST compliance and taxation excellence
