🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and fund monitoring
• Ensure compliance with FCRA, Income Tax, PF, and JJ Act requirements
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits
• Strengthen and monitor internal control systems
• Ensure proper utilization and reporting of donor funds
• Oversee statutory filings and compliance with state and central government norms
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally or equivalent software

🔹 Eligibility Criteria
• 8–12 years of experience in NGO / development sector finance
• Strong knowledge of FCRA and government financial regulations
• Experience in handling statutory compliances and audit coordination
• Proficiency in Tally / Accounting software
• Strong integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail
