World Enterprises International is the parent company to leading brands in the window-cleaning supply industry across e-commerce, distribution, and manufacturing (WindowCleaner.com, XERO Products, Pure Water Power, AWC Magazine, and Sorbo Products). We did $33M in sales in 2025 and are scaling into 2026. We’re looking for a practical, hands-on CFO to bring clarity to margins, cash flow, and performance and help us grow responsibly.
Why This Role
We have solid accounting coverage (Controller). What we need now is a forward-looking finance leader who can build forecasting, profitability visibility, and operating discipline across multiple entities/brands, especially with a recent manufacturing acquisition.
What You’ll Do
- Lead company-wide finance strategy: forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting
- Build a simple, reliable weekly cash forecast and improve working capital (inventory/AP/AR)
- Drive profitability improvement: SKU/channel margins, pricing discipline, discount strategy
- Create executive dashboards and performance reviews that leaders actually use
- Partner with Ops and Supply Chain on demand planning/inventory optimization
- Improve financial decision-making across e-commerce, wholesale/distribution, and manufacturing
- Support post-acquisition integration reporting and cost visibility (Sorbo)
- Manage/strengthen banking, insurance, and financial risk processes as needed
- Lead and develop the finance function in partnership with the Controller
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in progressive finance leadership (CFO/VP Finance/Head of Finance/FP&A)
- Experience in distribution, e-commerce, and/or light manufacturing strongly preferred
- Strong modeling/forecasting skills; you can own the numbers end-to-end
- Operator mindset: you simplify, prioritize, and execute
- Clear communicator who can influence non-finance leaders
- Comfortable being hands-on in a growing business (not a “big-company only” role)
