Keyal Empire Designs Pvt Ltd is a group of leading fashion houses ( Marwar Couture, Payal Keyal & Asiana Couture). We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and management. The CFO will be responsible for financial governance, risk management, compliance, budgeting, reporting, and driving sustainable business growth. The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to partner with the executive team in strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/Board based on financial analysis and projections.
- Lead long-term financial planning and capital allocation strategies.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, investments, and expansion initiatives.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis.
- Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Establish KPIs and financial dashboards for leadership review.
3. Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Oversee statutory compliance, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage internal and external audits.
- Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance frameworks.
4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning.
- Oversee banking relationships, funding arrangements, and debt management.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and capital expenditure proposals.
5. Risk Management & Internal Controls
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Strengthen internal control systems and financial policies.
- Ensure data security and financial integrity.
6. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Develop talent, succession planning, and performance management.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
- Proven experience in financial strategy, compliance, and corporate governance.
