Join our innovative Revenue Operations team and become a critical catalyst for sales success! In this pivotal position, you'll be empowering our sales professionals by streamlining processes, enabling them to focus on building customer relationships and driving revenue growth. We're seeking a strategic problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and can transform administrative challenges into opportunities for team excellence.
Responsibilities
- Assist & support the sales team in generating quotes based on the contract/ order form document.
- Ensure the quotes created adhere to business process & polices.
- Handle & manage more complex and complicated order processing captured by sales.
- Act as a bridge between the sales & finance teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the sales order processing team to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Drive continuous improvement by proactively gathering feedback from sales representatives and key stakeholders, transforming insights into strategic optimization opportunities.
- Generate reports and provide feedback to higher management
Skills And Experience
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in sales support, sales operations, or related roles, demonstrating a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and supporting revenue growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as strong interpersonal abilities.
- Should have attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365, with the ability to leverage these tools to streamline sales processes and generate actionable insights.
Shift Type – Flexible (will need to cover Australia and the US)
