We're looking for someone who gets unreasonably excited about building revenue systems, obsessed with automation, and allergic to manual work.
This is not a sales role. This is not a marketing role. This is not a traditional RevOps role. This is for someone who sits at the intersection of data, AI, and revenue, and builds the engine that makes everything run faster.
You won't just maintain what exists. You'll build what doesn't exist yet.
What You'll Do
- Architect and evolve VE's GTM engine. Design, build, and optimise the systems, automations, and workflows that power our entire customer journey from first touch to expansion.
- Build and own our GTM data layer. Ensure data across all systems is accurate, enriched, unified, and AI-ready. Clean data is not optional, it is your religion.
- Create signal-based outbound and inbound programs. Use data, enrichment, and automation to build sophisticated GTM motions that are relevant, fast, and scalable.
- Leverage AI everywhere. Not as a side tool, but as a first-class capability. Use AI models, agents, and automations to help every function move faster and operate smarter.
- Own the full tech stack. HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Smartlead, Apollo, and whatever new tool gives us an edge, you find it, test it, and ship it.
- Hunt for marginal gains constantly. Scan the entire funnel for small improvements that compound into significant revenue impact.
- Build VE's GTM Alpha. Develop proprietary signals, triggers, and AI-powered plays that are uniquely effective for VE and impossible for competitors to replicate.
Who You Are
- You have 1-3 years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations, growth, or a closely related field in a SaaS or AI-first environment.
- You are AI-native by default. You use Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, n8n, and other AI tools not because you have to, but because you can't imagine working without them.
- You are a builder first. You don't wait for someone to hand you a process. You see a broken system and you fix it before anyone asks.
- You are data-obsessed. You trust numbers over opinions and you can turn messy data into a clear picture of what's working and what's not.
- You move fast and break things. Then you fix them faster.
- You have strong opinions on GTM tools, outbound strategy, and automation, backed by actual experiments you've run.
- You are uncomfortable with inefficiency. Manual work frustrates you because you know there's a better way.

- HubSpot, for CRM and marketing automation
- n8n or Zapier, for workflow automation
- Apollo or Smartlead, for outbound sequencing
- AI models, for copy generation, enrichment, and insights
- Basic APIs and no-code integrations
What We're Not Looking For
- Someone who only maintains CRM hygiene and calls it RevOps.
- Someone who needs a 30-minute meeting before every decision.
- Someone who is chasing a comfortable, structured corporate role.
- Someone who thinks manually updating a spreadsheet is acceptable in 2025.
