One Source Freight Solutions, a privately held and rapidly growing leader in project logistics, is looking an accomplished executive to serve as its next Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Over the past decade, the company has achieved exceptional growth supporting some of the largest and most complex energy production and industrial construction projects in North America. As the organization enters its next phase of strategic expansion, the CRO will play a critical role in defining and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy designed to scale the business and strengthen its national market position.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Division President, the Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for the development and execution of enterprise-wide sales and marketing strategies. This executive will lead all revenue-generating functions, drive disciplined go-to-market initiatives, and build a high-performance culture across sales and marketing teams.
The successful candidate will bring both strategic vision and operational rigor, with demonstrated success leading complex sales organizations serving large, sophisticated clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year revenue growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead, mentor, and scale national sales and marketing teams
- Design and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new and expanded service offerings
- Strengthen relationships with large, complex organizations across target industries
- Drive disciplined sales processes, forecasting, and performance accountability
- Identify and penetrate new markets, verticals, and strategic opportunities
- Serve as a collaborative, visible member of the executive leadership team
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience managing complex sales strategies
- 15+ years of demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Extensive experience directly managing sales and marketing professionals
- Proven success selling into large, enterprise-level organizations
- Industry experience within construction, energy, logistics, warehousing, and/or freight sales
- Demonstrated capability developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products or services
- A leadership style grounded in accountability, integrity, and leading by example
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
This position is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Compensation
A highly competitive executive compensation package will be offered, commensurate with experience. The structure includes strong performance-based incentives with no commission ceiling.
