Top tier Asset Manager is seeking a Business Operations Associate to join their COO team!
This is a strategy and business management role that will lead high-impact initiatives, develop executive-level analyses, and help shape enterprise-wide priorities!
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic and operational analyses across business lines
- Build financial models and synthesize data into executive-ready materials
- Drive cross-functional alignment and project execution
- Support operating model refinement, governance clarity, and scalable processes
- Partner directly with senior leadership on emerging priorities and special projects
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience within finance - investment banking, asset management, consulting.
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution
- High maturity, discretion, and ownership mindset
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (Tableau or BI tools a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
