Head of Revenue Operations
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (in office)
Peerlogic is a high-growth SaaS company serving healthcare practices with AI-powered communication and workflow solutions. We are seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and optimize the full revenue lifecycle across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Billing.
This role is responsible for building scalable systems, ensuring data integrity, improving forecast accuracy, and driving operational alignment across all revenue-generating functions.
Role Overview
The Director of Revenue Operations will own the design, implementation, and optimization of processes and systems that support revenue growth and retention. This individual will partner cross-functionally with GTM leadership and Finance to create visibility, accountability, and efficiency throughout the customer lifecycle.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong systems expertise and financial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy & Forecasting
- Own revenue forecasting process and reporting cadence
- Develop consistent definitions for pipeline stages, revenue categories, and lifecycle milestones
- Build executive dashboards tracking new business, expansion, churn, and retention
- Partner with Finance on revenue reconciliation and reporting
Marketing Operations
- Oversee lifecycle management and lead attribution models
- Ensure marketing-to-sales handoff accuracy
- Track funnel conversion metrics and customer acquisition efficiency
Sales Operations
- Manage CRM architecture, governance, and data integrity
- Design territories, quotas, and compensation plans
- Monitor pipeline health and conversion performance
- Ensure accurate commission tracking and payout processes
Customer Success & Expansion Operations
- Track renewals, churn, and expansion pipeline
- Improve visibility into customer health and retention drivers
- Align CS metrics with revenue outcomes
Billing & Subscription Operations
- Ensure alignment between CRM and billing systems
- Oversee subscription accuracy and revenue tracking
- Partner with Finance to reconcile bookings, billings, and recognized revenue
Required Experience
- 6+ years of Revenue Operations experience in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success functions
- Deep expertise in Salesforce (CRM architecture, reporting, automation)
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (marketing automation, lifecycle tracking, attribution)
- Experience with Zuora or similar subscription billing platforms
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in subscription-based or recurring revenue models
- Experience in vertical SaaS or healthcare technology
- Proven ability to scale processes in a growing organization
