About Presales Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Presales Operations & RFP Executive to strengthen our presales engine. This role will own end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ responses while building scalable presales assets, driving enablement, and improving overall sales–presales effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines strong writing and project management skills with solid product understanding and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- RFP / RFI / RFQ Management (End-to-End)
- Own and manage the complete RFP lifecycle from intake to submission.
- Analyze requirements and collaborate with Sales, Product, Security, Legal, and Implementation teams for inputs.
- Create high-quality, tailored, and compelling responses aligned to customer needs.
- Maintain and continuously improve the RFP knowledge repository.
- Track win/loss insights and recommend response improvements.
- Presales Asset Creation & Management
- Create and maintain presales collaterals including:
- Solution decks
- Use-case presentations
- Demo scripts and storyboards
- Case studies
- FAQs and capability documents
- Ensure version control and central repository hygiene.
- Identify content gaps and proactively build new assets.
- Standardize messaging across industries and personas.
- Presales Operations & Process Excellence
- Support presales governance including handover processes, trackers, and reporting.
- Maintain dashboards for RFP metrics, asset usage, and presales efficiency.
- Drive SOP adherence across the sales–presales workflow.
- Work on automation and scalability initiatives for demo and content processes.
- Sales & Presales Enablement
- Conduct regular enablement sessions for Sales and new presales members.
- Create bite-sized learning modules, playbooks, and best-practice guides.
- Support onboarding of new team members on product and presales processes.
- Capture field feedback and feed it back into product and messaging improvements.
- Product & Domain Readiness
- Build strong working knowledge of the product, platform capabilities, and differentiators.
- Stay updated on roadmap, releases, and competitive positioning.
- Translate product features into customer-centric value messaging.
- Support demo readiness and storytelling when required.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Presales, RFP management, Sales Operations, or Solution Consulting support.
- Strong experience responding to RFPs/RFIs in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent business writing and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of LMS/LXP/HCM or enterprise SaaS platforms (preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination ability.
- High attention to detail with strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and content management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
- Experience with presales tools (e.g., Storylane, demo automation platforms).
- Exposure to HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Experience creating enablement content or running training sessions.
- Understanding of security/compliance questionnaires.
