EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER | GLOBAL GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING LEADER | PADDINGTON, LONDON | CIRCA £70,000 PER ANNUM | HYBRID (3–4 DAYS IN OFFICE) | PERMANENT POSITION
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are delighted to be partnering with a London-listed global engineering organisation operating at the forefront of geotechnical engineering and ground solutions.
As the business enters a new phase of leadership evolution, with a recently appointed CEO and refreshed executive environment, they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CFO.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-trust EA role at the centre of a global PLC organisation, supporting two senior leaders and helping shape how the executive team operates.
THE ROLE
This is a trusted right-hand role supporting both the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
You will bring structure, foresight and calm execution to complex priorities, enabling both leaders to focus on strategic decision-making and delivery.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will manage complex diaries and international travel, support board and executive meetings, and ensure leadership decisions translate into clear actions and follow-through.
You will also liaise with Investor Relations, advisers and brokers around key reporting cycles and investor engagement activity.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
This hybrid role is based in Paddington, London, with three to four days per week in the office.
You will work in a modern, collaborative environment supporting two highly engaged leaders who value the EA partnership and recognise the impact exceptional support has on pace, clarity and execution.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Acting as trusted right hand to the CEO and CFO
- Preparing executive and board-level meetings, papers and actions
- Managing complex diaries and international travel
- Supporting governance rhythms and reporting cycles
- Liaising with Investor Relations and advisers around results activity
- Tracking priorities and ensuring follow-through across leadership decisions
- Supporting key events and communications activity
- Maintaining absolute discretion with confidential information
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior leaders in complex environments, plc experience an advantage
- Strong organisation, judgement and stakeholder management
- Confidence operating at board level
- High levels of discretion and professionalism
- Strong Microsoft Office and collaboration tools capability
- A calm, proactive and solutions-focused mindset with a positive glass half full attitude
PACKAGE
Executive Level Package with a Salary of circa £70,000 per annum, 30 days holiday, 7% pension contribution, Private medical insurance, Bonus plan participation
