About the Opportunity
Green Lion Search Group is partnering with a well-funded, early-stage data center developer based in Austin to find their next key hire. This company has institutional infrastructure backing, secured utility power, and active development sites. As one of the first analyst-level hires, you'll work day-to-day with the founder across commercial pipeline, investor materials, recruiting, and operations.
What You'll Own
- Build and maintain a clean view of every prospect, partner, and investor — turning scattered conversations into a real, actionable pipeline
- Produce polished materials for customers, partners, and investors from raw inputs and half-finished decks
- Run recruiting end-to-end: manage candidate pipelines, scheduling, scorecards, and candidate experience
- Create lightweight systems — trackers, templates, dashboards — that let the company operate beyond one person's memory
- Drive one-off founder projects from messy start to clean finish: market scans, board slides, conference prep
Who You Are
- 1–2 years in investment banking, top-tier consulting, or a high-growth startup analyst role
- You structure ambiguous problems fast and get to a recommendation without hand-holding
- You write and build decks at an exec-ready standard
- You create order instinctively and keep it accurate
- You move between commercial, marketing, HR, and ops topics without needing a narrow lane
- High reliability, strong bias toward ownership
