Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to support the execution of IT initiatives during a post-merger integration. This role will focus on coordinating workstreams across commercial systems including CPQ, CRM, and Sales Technology, ensuring a smooth transition to the target-state Quote-to-Cash architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the Sales Integration roadmap, focusing on CPQ, Sales Operations, and CRM system consolidation.
- Coordinate and track program milestones and dependencies across multiple integration workstreams.
- Assist in CPQ readiness activities, including system access, data mapping (SKUs, contracts, assets), and reporting continuity.
- Help translate business requirements and integration strategies into clear technical tasks and IT tickets.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Sales Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful system migration.
- Monitor program progress and provide regular status updates, risk tracking, and issue documentation.
- Maintain the risk log and escalate blockers to program leadership when necessary.
- Support the resolution of integration issues across CPQ and Sales systems, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting M&A or post-merger integration programs, particularly within enterprise IT environments.
- Knowledge of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), CRM systems, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and complex integration workstreams.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as CRM, sales systems, data platforms, and customer support technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and governance management skills.
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, evolving environments while proactively managing risks and driving execution.
