We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ. This role is perfect for a technical leader who can design scalable solutions, integrate Salesforce with ERP and external systems, and mentor junior developers.
- Lead design and development of Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, CPQ).
- Architect CPQ workflows, pricing models, and integrations.
- Integrate Salesforce with ERP, e-commerce, and external platforms.
- Maintain data integrity, system performance, and CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitLab, and SFDX.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
- 12+ years Salesforce development experience (Service Cloud focus).
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce CPQ, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Bonus: ERP integration and high-volume quoting experience.
