We’re hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation initiative within a high-growth SaaS environment.
This role will drive the transition from an existing Salesforce CPQ system to a new internally built frontend platform, while integrating with backend CPQ and enterprise systems.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex Q2C / CPQ transformation programs
- Lead multiple cross-functional workstreams across Engineering, Product, IT, and Finance
- Drive initiatives across quote configuration, pricing, discounting, bundling, and deal management
- Manage dependencies, risks, and ambiguity across large-scale programs
- Coordinate with teams building a new frontend quoting platform integrated via APIs with CPQ backend
- Partner with Deal Desk, Finance, and Engineering to support signed deals and system integrations
- Establish program structure, execution plans, and KPIs for successful delivery
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management (TPM)
- Strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) / CPQ / Deal Management domains
- At least 1 end-to-end CPQ implementation or transformation experience
- Experience working with Salesforce CPQ or similar enterprise quoting systems
- Proven ability to lead large, complex programs with multiple workstreams
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture concepts
- Ability to manage ambiguity, risks, and cross-team dependencies
- Experience working with Engineering, Product Managers, Architects, and Finance teams
- SaaS / B2B experience preferred
Nice to Have
- Background in enterprise system transformations (CPQ, ERP, billing)
- Experience with custom-built platforms and backend integrations
- Engineering background or strong technical depth
