Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The position is based in Indianapolis, IN, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The CFO will oversee financial planning, manage financial statements and reporting, direct overall financial strategy, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and guiding the organization toward achieving its financial goals. The CFO will collaborate with leadership to make strategic decisions that support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- CPA Required
- Expertise in Financial Planning and managing overall financial strategies
- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong skills in Finance and Analytical Thinking for strategic decision making
- Proven leadership and experience in guiding organizational budgeting and forecasting
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements for financial management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
