Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role based in Mumbai. The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the organization (Freight Forwarding & CHA), including financial planning, analysis, and management. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring cash flow, and providing strategic financial guidance to support organizational goals. The CFO will collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities, optimize financial performance, and implement robust financial policies and processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance.
- Mandatory experience in the Freight Forwarding & CHA industry.
- Proven expertise in Financial Planning and sound decision-making for long-term organizational growth
- Strong skills in managing and preparing Financial Statements and ensuring compliance
- In-depth knowledge of Finance and Financial Reporting to maintain transparency and accuracy
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess financial data and drive strategic business decisions
- Leadership experience in managing financial teams and implementing effective financial strategies
- Proficiency in financial software tools and systems
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a CPA, CFA, or MBA is mandatory
