Chief Financial Officer | Mumbai
We are partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing company that has recently secured a significant investment from a leading Private Equity fund and is entering its next phase of growth.
We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO and Board in driving transformation, growth, and value creation.
Ideal Profile:
• Currently a CFO - MUST
• Experience in a manufacturing company with annual turnover of ₹500 crore or more
• Background in API, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Fine Chemicals, Agro chemicals or Specialty Chemicals
• Strong exposure to manufacturing operations
• Experience in strategic finance, business partnering, fundraising, governance, controls, and driving business performance
Location: Mumbai
Must Have : Currently a CFO
CTC : 1 cr + 25 lakhs variable
