Chief Financial Officer | Mumbai
- We are partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing company that has recently secured a significant investment from a leading Private Equity fund and is entering its next phase of growth.
- We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO and Board in driving transformation, growth, and value creation.
Ideal Profile:
- Currently a CFO (MUST), from a Listed Company.
- CA is a MUST
- Experience in a manufacturing company with annual turnover of ₹500 crore or more
- Background in API, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Fine Chemicals, Agrochemicals or Specialty Chemicals; any manufacturing
- Strong exposure to manufacturing operations
- Experience in strategic finance, business partnering, fundraising, governance, controls, and driving business performance
CTC : 1 cr + 25 lakhs variable
