Must to have : good knowledge on MS Excel, PPT, Analytical thinking and Good communication skill.
Nice to have : knowledge on Macros, SQL Query and advanced analytics.
- Operations Management: Responsible for providing actionable insights and advanced analytics to leadership.
- Reporting, Insights & Governance: Drive Operations Reporting for Delivery & Operations Business Units for key performance indicators and governance metrics related to employees time compliance, utilization, pyramid structure, span of control and for developing intuitive dashboards for leadership consumption.
- Support to Finance teams: Support various Finance functions from operations perspective for forecasting and budgeting
- Continuous process improvement: Drive process efficiencies on a continuous basis leveraging technology
- Collaboration: Work with teams who support Delivery & Operations Business Units on collaboration tools and processes to enrich user experience, compliance and drive programs to meet organization strategic goals;
- Communication: Support in development of key executive communications and presentations
