Business Activities Include:
- Sending Appointment vs PO coverage emails to T1/T2/T3 Vendors (Macros)
- Appointment Operations - push/pull, quantity/carton edits, time-slot adjustments via Jira
- Sending emails for PO expiry, PO Qty N+2 calling to T1/T2 Vendors (explore T3)
- Leakages callouts and brand escalations
- Sending Band A, B, C low DOH ASINs to T1/T2/T3 vendors (Macros)
- 2 Biz-Ops to take part in Weekend Support
- Act on PO requests (Off-cycle, NCGT etc.); Approval to go to ISM
Op Ex Team Core Activities Include:
- Vendor Trainings (VAST portal, ASIN fcst) for new vendors, refresher for repeat offenders
- Create ad-hoc Reports as per ISM team (Basic reports from Vista)
- FRG/FRS (Act on Rejections, Vehicle Sidelining before Tickets)
- RTV Creation Follow up
- Act on RVR Tickets
- Suppression Follow up
- VF/DF site queries in relation to inventory removals
- Work on Pilot with Vendors to reduce IB Defects
- 1 Biz-Ops to take part in Weekend Support
- 1 HC for daily second shift (2 PM to 11 PM) Work from Home
- Shift Biz-Ops to work only on FRG/FRS (Act on Rejections, Vehicle Sidelining before Tickets)
- Shift Biz-Ops to cover for ad-hoc PO requests (post 4 PM)
